* 2026年5月2日，施工现场在进行高层拆卸作业时，一根金属钢梁（metal bar / metal beam）从工地掉落。

* 钢梁直接砸穿附近组屋走廊顶部屋顶。

* 事故地点位于义顺 Block 103 Yishun Ring Road。

* 幸运的是无人受伤，居民单位内部也没有损坏。

* 新加坡土地管理局（SLA）随后对工地发出停工令（Stop Work Order）。

* 主承包商为 Rich Construction Company，目前正在配合调查事故原因。

A metal beam fell from the Chong Pang City project site in Yishun during dismantling works, damaging the roof of a nearby HDB block.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Authorities have issued a stop-work order pending investigation.
