Tat Hin Builders Pte Ltd has its origin as a specialist timber works department in the parent company Tat Hin Timber Pte Ltd in the early 1990s. Tat Hin Timber Pte Ltd is a leading timber supplier to the construction industry as well as shipbuilding and shipyard industry since 1970s. This timber works department was set up not only to capitalize on the parent company’s premier reputation as a leading timber supplier, but also to pursue new business opportunities and to be an integrated timber works specialist and supplier. In less than a decade’s time, this specialist department had grown from strength to strength and along the way, it added metal specialist works to its portfolio and later included roofing works to its stable of specialist construction works provided.
In 2003, this overgrown department was spin-off from its parent company to become a full fledge main construction company and Tat Hin Builders Pte Ltd was borne. Apart from the main construction services offered to our clients, we are also one of the leading timber works specialists and metal structure specialists in the market to date.
Management
Tat Hin Builders Pte Ltd is headed by its visionary executive chairman Mr. Chua Seng Chong. With his more than 40 years of business experience, Mr. Chua has been instrumental in the strategic direction of the company since its early days and is still very much involved in the company’s operation in the strategic level.
The daily operation of the company is headed by managing director, Mr. Chua Chee Koon and executive director, Mr. Chua Chee Gay. Between them, they have more than 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry. On top of that, they are capably assisted by a core team of senior management staffs to make Tat Hin Builders Pte Ltd one of the most dynamic and fastest growing construction and building companies in Singapore through the embracing of new technologies, materials and work processes to constantly improve our operational efficiencies and ultimately, consistently delivering high quality projects to our valued clients.
