The step to apply via CONBIZ:
1, LOGIN at www.conbiz.sg 登录CONBIZ
2, open tender of BCSS 打开招投标里面找到BCSS一栏
3, press BID, write your total amount of course fee (if 2 worker, just fill in $280*2=$560, and also can text us in text field)
点击BID，在竞标价格上填写总数，比如您有两个工人，就填写$280*2=$560，您也可以在下面的注明里面填写需要注明的事项给我们。
Note: you can get 80% government grant for these course fee, after your worker examination, the grant will be transfer to your company account, we can prepare all the grant document for your company. it is free!
注明：您还可以得到80%政府津贴，在报名前我们会免费帮您做好津贴部分，工人考试完，政府会把80%的钱汇去公司的银行户口。
